Adam D. Palmer

Mr. Palmer is a Florida native and has practiced law in South Florida since 1988.  He is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  He regularly handles matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).   His practice involves representations of both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various business-related disputes.  More particularly, his practice is concentrated in the areas of trial law, civil litigation, arbitration and mediation of matters involving business, investor rights, securities, real estate and construction.
